Tree Loss Appraisals
Trees and landscape have economic values that can be measured using industry standards. Tree appraisals are used to estimate the tree loss caused by fire, storms, root damage, vehicle or lawn equipment damage, construction damage, vandalism, poisoning, disease, improper pruning or unauthorized tree removal. It is essential to take as many photos as soon as possible after the damage has occurred. If it is possible a tree count is helpful, especially if they are removing the stumps. Finding an ISA Certified Arborist that specializes in tree loss appraisals is very important because there are industry standards that need to be followed and understood in the case that the arborist is called to testify in court.
